This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on cupria-schmuck.de and how you can manage your consent. The controller is the operator of Cupria Schmuck named in our Legal Notice.

3. Statistics cookies (only with consent)

  • Shopify Analytics (e.g. _shopify_y, _shopify_s) – anonymized analysis of shop usage; storage period up to a maximum of 1 year.

4. Marketing cookies (only with consent)

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., e.g. _fbp) – measuring and personalizing advertising on Facebook and Instagram; storage period up to 3 months. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
  • Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., e.g. __kla_id) – associating website visits with newsletter subscribers, e.g. for cart reminders; storage period up to 2 years. Data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

The legal basis for statistics and marketing cookies is your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Managing and withdrawing consent

On your first visit, we ask for your consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some shop functions may then no longer work.
